1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Accounting Clarity Index™ ("ACI™") assessment and report service ("Service") provided by Chabil Consulting Services OPC Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India under the Companies Act, 2013.
By accessing the Service, completing the assessment, or making a payment, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The ACI™ is a self-assessment tool designed to help businesses evaluate their accounting practices across five strategic dimensions. The resulting report is:
• Generated entirely from information submitted by you during the assessment questionnaire.
• An indicative maturity score intended for internal strategic use.
• Not a statutory audit, forensic investigation, or professional accounting opinion under any applicable law or standard (including the Companies Act, ICAI standards, or any other regulatory framework).
The Service does not verify, validate, or audit the accuracy of your responses. Any conclusions, scores, recommendations, or risk flags in the report reflect only what you have reported to us.
3. Account & Access
To receive a full report, you must create or sign in to an account via our authentication portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that could harm us or other users.
4. Payment Terms
The full ACI™ report is available for a one-time fee displayed at the time of purchase (currently ₹2,499 inclusive of applicable taxes). Prices may change without prior notice; the price applicable is that shown at the time you initiate payment.
Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. By completing payment you authorise the charge of the stated amount.
The report is delivered digitally (browser view and PDF download) immediately upon successful payment verification. No physical goods are dispatched.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy at /refund for full details.
In summary: because the report is generated and delivered instantly and in full upon payment, no refunds are available after successful payment verification. If your payment was debited but you did not receive access to your report, contact us at hello@chabilconsulting.com within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
The ACI™ methodology, scoring framework, report templates, branding, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of Chabil Consulting Services OPC Pvt Ltd.
Your report is licensed to you for your own internal business use only. You may share it with your directors, CFO, auditors, or advisors. You may not:
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the report or methodology to third parties.
• Reproduce or republish the scoring framework or question set for commercial purposes.
• Represent the report as a formal audit or statutory certification.
Your assessment responses remain your data. We do not claim ownership of the information you provide.
7. Data Accuracy & User Responsibility
The quality and usefulness of your report depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your responses. You represent that:
• All information submitted is truthful and reflects your organisation's actual accounting practices.
• You have the authority to submit this information on behalf of your organisation.
• You understand that inflated or inaccurate responses will produce a misleading score.
We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of a report generated from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading user inputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
• We provide the Service on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the report.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We encourage you to contact us at hello@chabilconsulting.com before initiating any formal dispute. We aim to resolve queries within 5 business days.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
