The ACI™ report is generated and delivered in full immediately upon successful payment. Because the service is completely rendered at the moment of delivery, we do not offer refunds once the report has been made available to you.
1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
The ACI™ report is a digitally generated product, personalised entirely from the information you submitted during the assessment. The service is rendered — in full — at the precise moment the report is delivered to your account.
This means:
- The report is created on demand, using computational resources specific to your submission.
- The content is unique to your organisation and cannot be restocked, resold, or reused.
- Once you have access to your report, the full value of the service has been delivered.
- The report is based on information you provided — any dissatisfaction with the results is therefore a reflection of your own data, not a deficiency in service delivery.
For these reasons, the no-refund policy is not arbitrary — it reflects the nature of a fully and immediately delivered digital service.
2. Exception: Payment Debited Without Report Delivery
If your payment was successfully debited from your account but you were not granted access to your report (e.g. due to a technical failure during payment verification), you are entitled to a full remedy. This is not a refund scenario — it is a non-delivery of service.
In such cases, please contact us at hello@chabilconsulting.com within 7 calendar days of the attempted payment, with:
- Your name and registered email address
- The Razorpay payment/order ID (visible in your bank statement or Razorpay receipt)
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and either restore access to your report or issue a full refund within 7 business days of receiving sufficient information to verify the issue.
3. Payment Disputes
Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to present evidence of report delivery to contest the chargeback, which may result in the dispute being resolved in our favour.
